City of Concord issued the following announcement on Aug. 19.
Don't miss our yard waste bag giveaway at Logan Multi-Purpose Center (184 Booker Dr SW) from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
The city's new policy requires yard waste to be placed in paper bags or a in a reusable containers clearly labeled “yard waste.”
To help ease the transition, the City of Concord will be hosting monthly yard waste bag and "yard waste" label stickers giveaways.
Come out to the Logan-Multi-Purpose Center today and get your free bags between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM!
This is a first come first serve basis.
Yard waste paper bag limit of 10 per household each month and stickers that say "yard waste" for residents who will prefer to use their own reusable container will be distributed at the event.
