City Of Locust Parks And Recreation Department issued the following announcement on June 29.
F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men.
F3’s mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The Locust group began on August 22nd.
F3 meets at Locust Park on Saturdays at 7:00 am.
