County of Cabarrus issued the following announcement on Dec. 23.
Cabarrus County's Planning and Development crews work tirelessly year-round to keep us safe. We were glad to see them have fun with a departmental "Custom Builder Gingerbread House Competition." Cabarrus County employees and visitors to the planning office voted on their top choice.
