City Of Locust issued the following announcement on Nov. 10.
Waste Management is sending a recovery driver to Locust today to collect leaves that were not picked up on Saturday.
Please have leaves at piled at curbside for collection.
We apologize for any inconvenience! The December collection is scheduled for the 11th.
