The City of Concord is seeking input from the community to understand how they currently experience Downtown Concord and how they would like to experience it in the future.

As stated by the City of Concord, "The community is invited to take a brief online survey and share what Downtown Concord means to them." The survey, available at concordnc.gov/downtownsurvey, will be open for two weeks to gather valuable insights and opinions.

Concord, once a small farming community, has now evolved into one of North Carolina's largest and fastest-growing cities. Notably, LMG has contributed $84 million towards the Novi projects, consisting of three residential and mixed-use properties. Novi Flats, the first of these properties, has recently opened its doors to residents.
