The Community Development Division of Cabarrus County’s Planning and Development Office operates several housing rehabilitation programs that provide the following services to the homes of elderly, disabled, and income-qualified families:
accessibility
energy efficiency
HVAC repair and replacement
plumbing repair
and safety improvements
