Town of Harrisburg issued the following announcement on Dec. 10.
The Town of Harrisburg is aware of the water line issue in the Providence Manor Subdivision. We do not have a timeline for when this issue will be resolved as the water line belongs to The City of Concord.
This main water line was hit on the City of Concord’s side off of Roberta Road near the construction of the new middle school.
