City Of Locust issued the following announcement on Aug. 19.
West Stanly Dixie Youth Baseball League, partnered with Umpire Coordinator Joey Carter, will host an Umpire Clinic for any person interested in working as an umpire for the West Stanly youth baseball and softball games.
This clinic will be required for new umpires. The clinic will be hosted at Locust City Park's Athletic Complex. Free registration!
