The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Scott Huffman, Huffman for Nc, refunded $1,000 to Bell David Elliott on October 22, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Huffman for Nc refunded $1,000 total since May 1.
