41 percent of applicants to Cabarrus College of Health Sciences were admitted for fall 2018

At Cabarrus College of Health Sciences, 54 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 92 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Concord enrolled 433 students in fall 2018, including 402 in undergraduate and 31 in graduate programs, data shows. 36.8 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of North Carolina.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (83 percent) and Black or African American (8 percent).

The school admitted 41 percent of the 56 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 78 percent enrolled.
