Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Mar. 26.
The Town of Harrisburg Parks and Recreation Department has canceled the following athletics, programs and events in response to Governor Cooper’s executive order closing schools through May 15:
Spring 2020 Athletics:
- Youth baseball, softball and soccer
- Adult coed softball
- Adult coed soccer
- L.E.A.P. (remainder of March and April sessions)
- Tae Kwon Do (April and May sessions)
- Tennis (April and May sessions)
- The Golden Egg Hunt
