Terry Spry has been named Chief of Police of the Kannapolis Police Department. He will lead a department, that is one of the only 6% percent of law enforcement agencies nationwide, who are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA). The department has 106 officers and staff.
