The Town of Harrisburg Department of Planning and Economic Development has prepared a “Development Guidebook” for anyone who is interested in undertaking a residential or non-residential development project in the Town of Harrisburg.
The Development Guidebook summarizes all land development applications, permits and processes required to facilitate the development, redevelopment, and improvement of property within Harrisburg.
