The special meeting's purpose is to continue an advertised public hearing for rezoning case Z-23-20. This involves an administrative zoning map amendment for approximately .23 acres recently annexed at 4636 Roberta Rd. The property is proposed to be rezoned from Cabarrus County MDR (Medium Density Residential) to City of Concord RV (Residential Village) with the aim of connecting it to city services. The parcel identification number for this case is 5518-16-9974.
This case was previously continued during the January 19th Planning and Zoning Commission hearing in accordance with North Carolina state regulations concerning virtual public hearings.
