The City of Concord Electric Systems Department will soon be reaching out to its residential and commercial customers for feedback through a telephone survey. The survey, set to begin on March 8th, is part of a long-term planning study aimed at understanding customer opinions and preferences regarding the electric service provided by Concord Electric Systems.
Electric Systems Director, Bob Pate, expressed the importance of customer feedback, stating, "We sincerely value our customers and want to ensure our long-term planning best reflects their needs." Pate emphasized that the survey will play a vital role in helping the department understand customer concerns and priorities to maintain exceptional customer service standards.
To conduct the survey, Concord Electric Systems has enlisted the services of GreatBlue Research, Inc., a market research firm based in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Customers can expect calls from GreatBlue Research Inc., with the caller ID displaying the name of the firm. For those without caller ID technology, calls will come from the number 860-740-4000 or a variation of it.
In line with ethical standards, GreatBlue Research Inc. will uphold respondent anonymity, as mandated by the Code of Ethics of the National Council on Public Polls and the United States Privacy Act of 1974. Customer identities will remain confidential, ensuring that no information that could reveal a respondent's identity will be shared with Concord Electric Systems.
For any inquiries regarding the survey, customers can reach out to GreatBlue Research, Inc. at 860-740-4000 or contact Fred Porter, Manager of Engineering for the City of Concord Electric Systems Department, at 704-920-5303.
