Town of Harrisburg issued the following announcement on Sep 24.
Members of the Harrisburg Town Council may be attending the Citizens Academy session to be held Tuesday, September 28 at Harrisburg Town Hall at 6 p.m. The public is hereby notified that although this is not a meeting of the Town Council, there is the potential for a quorum of Harrisburg Town Council members to be in attendance.
