Town of Harrisburg issued the following announcement on Sep 10.
The original notice letter sent on September 1 had an error indicating the incorrect day, and should have said Monday instead of Thursday. The meeting date of 9/13 is correct on both versions of the letter.
Amended letters are being mailed to adjoining property owners today
