City of Concord issued the following announcement on Sep 10.
There will be a lane shift on Church St N between Palaside Dr NE and Winecoff Ave NE from 7am to 3pm on Tuesday, September 14. Water Resources Department crews will be repairing a water line; during this work northbound traffic will be reduced to one lane. Please see the map below for further details.
