The City of Concord government offices will be closed on Monday, January 15, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
Garbage, Recycling, Bulky and Yard waste collection will operate on a one-day delay. Residents are reminded to place their carts at the curb no later than 6 a.m. on the day of their collection. City of Concord recreation centers will follow holiday hours and open from 12-6 p.m. on Monday, January 15. The David Phillips Activity Center, Lake Fisher, and ClearWater Arts Center & Studios will be closed.
