County of Cabarrus issued the following announcement on July 8.
Attention Cabarrus Courthouse and downtown Concord visitors:
Construction on the Novi Flats project is progressing and will affect parking in the County Deck (Corban Ave. SW at Spring St. SW).
For the safety of visitors, Cabarrus County has CLOSED the top floor of our parking deck through March 2023.
