City of Concord issued the following announcement on May 12.
After a day of testing, the Cabarrus County Courthouse will re-open on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.
The County and Courts appreciate the public’s patience as we work to resolve a series of electrical issues related to water intrusion.
Crews have scheduled to close the courthouse at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, May 13. Additional closures may be necessary.
There will be no jury trials this week.
All other services are operational.
Individuals scheduled for court on Monday (May 9) should contact the Clerk’s Office on Tuesday.
