Organizers have rescheduled the event for Saturday, October 11, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. The festival will take place in Downtown Concord along Union Street, Barbrick Avenue, and Market Street.
The event is presented by the City of Concord and El Puente Hispano. According to organizers, “Join us for this free family-friendly day of celebration filled with food, music, dance, crafts, games and more from around the world.”
