CITY OF KANNAPOLIS: Utility Bill Customer Notice

CITY OF KANNAPOLIS: Utility Bill Customer Notice
0Comments

City of Kannapolis issued the following announcement on Mar. 29.

Notice to Utility Bill Customers

We are in the process of updating our network and phone systems. During the month of March 2022 your utility bill may be late in arriving. As a result, we will not assess late fees or disconnect anyone’s utility service for nonpayment during the month of March.

Your bill may also show a total dollar and usage amount that is not correct. Please refer to the lines on the bill that state current dollar/usage amount. This is the amount you will currently owe.

Any previous amounts you have paid are accounted for and have been credited to your account. All March payments will be reflected on the April bill.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to improve our technology.

If you are unable to pay your bill online or by phone you are welcome to mail payment to us at: 401 Laureate Way, Kannapolis, NC 28081 or drop off payment in the City Hall dropbox located at 401 Laureate Way.

You are welcome to call us at 704.920.4444 or email us at custcare@kannapolisnc.gov if you have additional questions.
