City of Kannapolis issued the following announcement on Apr. 27.
From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on April 30, the Kannapolis Police Department, Safe Kids Cabarrus, Healthy Cabarrus, Center for Prevention Services and Cannon Pharmacy are partnering to host a community medication take-back event to reduce and prevent prescription medication misuse and abuse.
